Before Dispatch:

• You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.

After Dispatch:

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  
• However, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery. In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  
  

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 3 working days.
  
• The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
