By using Lumax products including devices, components, parts, accessories, services, or mobile/web applications you (the end-user) agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions. This acceptance includes any updates, modifications, or amendments made from time to time. You also consent to Lumax’s collection, storage, processing, sharing, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which may be reviewed at Lumax Privacy Policy. Continued use of Lumax products and services signifies your agreement to these terms and any future changes.

These Terms & Conditions will be displayed during the setup and installation of purchased product(s) and remain available for review at Lumax Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Lumax.

DEFINITIONS

Agreement – Refers to this document detailing the terms and conditions of using Lumax products and services.
Lumax, Company, or We/Us/Our – Refers to Lumax and includes its owners, directors, employees, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, retailers, distributors, agents, and assigns.
You/User/Customer/End-user – Refers to the individual(s) or entity(ies) purchasing, acquiring, or using Lumax products or services.
Limited Warranty Statement – Refers to Lumax’s limited warranty terms as provided with the specific product purchased.
Product – Refers to any Lumax product listed in our portfolio online or offline.
Privacy Policy – Refers to Lumax’s privacy policy, available on our official platform.
Services – Refers to any paid or free subscription services, software functionalities, or customer service provided by Lumax.
Third-Party Service – Refers to services provided by an independent third party that may be used with Lumax products.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using, accessing, registering for, or downloading Lumax products, services, or applications, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using Lumax products and services.

As long as you comply with this Agreement, Lumax grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use our products and services.

PERMITTED USE & USER REPRESENTATIONS

You confirm that you are of legal age as per local laws, or are supervised by a guardian who consents to these Terms.
You agree to use Lumax products in compliance with Indian laws and all applicable regulations.
You agree not to reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with Lumax products or services in any unauthorized way.
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify Lumax in case of unauthorized use.

DISCLAIMER

Lumax products are covered under the warranty terms specified at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, negligent use, or unauthorized modifications.
All products and services are provided “as is” and Lumax disclaims any liability for third-party services, connectivity failures, or delays due to external factors.

CONNECTIVITY & AVAILABILITY

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a reliable power supply, stable internet connection, and compatible devices for optimal use of Lumax products. Lumax will not be responsible for limitations caused by the absence of these parameters.

INFORMATION SHARING

You are responsible for safeguarding your personal data, including login credentials. For detailed information on data use, refer to the Lumax Privacy Policy. Lumax will not be liable for any data loss or misuse arising from user negligence.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in INR and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payments can be made through authorized banking channels or integrated third-party payment gateways.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
In case of failed transactions, refunds must be claimed from the respective bank or payment gateway.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Lumax does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any third-party services integrated with its products. Use of such services is solely at your discretion and subject to the third party’s own terms.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Products are deemed accepted upon delivery unless reported otherwise within the specified return window under Lumax’s policy.

INSTALLATION & USE

Lumax products are intended for personal use and must be installed as per the provided guidelines.
Improper installation or non-compliance with instructions voids warranty and liability.

COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

By using Lumax products, you consent to receive important updates via SMS, email, or push notifications. Lumax is not liable for delivery failures due to network issues, device settings, or third-party factors.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Use Lumax products for lawful, personal purposes only.
Comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Indemnify Lumax against any misuse of the product or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION OF USE

Lumax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of any violation of this Agreement without prior notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lumax is not an insurer and does not guarantee protection against theft, fire, property damage, or personal injury.
Lumax’s maximum liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
Under no circumstances will Lumax be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

OWNERSHIP & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All Lumax products, designs, content, and software remain the intellectual property of Lumax. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
