Conditions for Return and Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives in a damaged or non-functional condition.
  • Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match your order.
  • Dead on Arrival: If the product fails to function on arrival and cannot be repaired.

Note: If the product packaging appears damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise you not to accept the package.

Return and Replacement Window

  • All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, any concerns will be addressed under the Warranty Process.

Return and Replacement Process

1. Initiate a Request
Contact our Customer Care at +91 9250008051 or email us at marketing.retail@lumaxmail.com.
Please provide your Order ID and a description of the issue along with clear images or videos.

2. Verification

  • Our service team will verify the issue using the shared images/videos.
  • If required, a video call may be arranged for troubleshooting.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, we will arrange a product pickup within 3-5 working days.

3. Resolution

  • Repair: If repairable, our technicians will service the product at no extra cost. The repaired product will be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving it at our service center.
  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, a replacement unit will be shipped within 10 working days.
  • Refund: Processed after successful verification of the issue by our Customer Care team.

Pickup for Replacement

  • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 3-5 working days.
  • The delivery partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, a new return request will need to be initiated.

Important: Please ensure the product is securely packed with all components. Incomplete packaging may lead to rejection of the request.
